Sponsor Contract – ISSA Boise Infosec Conference

This is a contract between your company, and the Boise, Idaho chapter of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA). You agree that you are the only company exercising the contents of this contract. A separate contract for each company is required. You are not to share the elements of this contract with another vendor

e.g. you will not share your conference booth space with another vendor unless both parties have completed contracts and payments (requires a second booth contract and payment or Rocky Mountain discount option) with the approval of Boise ISSA.

Please provide a “logo link” above or submit via email an approved company logo for Boise ISSA to use for this event. Please submit a high-quality image file of your company logo and guest speaker in TIF, BMP, JPEG, PNG, or EPS format with at least 1500 x 1125 pixels in size. The larger the image the more likely Boise ISSA may be able to render a high-quality image on all media items related to sponsorship level marketing. Boise ISSA reserves the right to render images as needed to best honor the intent of quality and value respective to the sponsorship level specified in this contract.
